Bring any existing dentures (if you have them), even if they’re broken or uncomfortable.
List any concerns you’d like to discuss — fit, function, appearance, comfort, or anything else.
Bring your health fund card if you have extras cover.
If you’ve been referred by a dentist, we may already have your scans or notes, but bring any additional info just in case.
Whether you’re here for new dentures, an adjustment, or a check-up, we want you to feel confident and at ease. A typical appointment includes:
We’ll begin with a conversation about your dental needs and dental history.
A full oral exam will be carried out by our qualified and experienced dental prosthetist.
If impressions or scans are needed, we’ll take them at this appointment.
You’ll have a chance to ask questions and explore solutions, including acrylic or chrome dentures, flexible partials, or implant-retained dentures.We'll also discuss options including materials, timeframes, and fees.
We'll provide you with a clear treatment plan with costs and timeframes.For new full or partial dentures, we may schedule follow-up appointments for bite registration, try-in, and final fit.

Drop your denture off to have it assessed by a Prosthetist and then cleaned and polished while you wait. (Heavier build up may require the denture to be left for a longer period).
